for the evenings sweat.

A towel to
sit on
Water
Clothes to sweat in
Drums and rattles (if you have them)
Potluck dish to pass (after the sweat)
Gifting for water pourer
Tobacco is
a traditional gift to the water pourer and fire keeper
A LOVE
offering to help maintain the land at The Center is appreciated ($10.00 suggested)
In Native American
tradition the community took care of ALL
the Medicine Mans/Womans needs, as they took care of the communities
needs. We hold to this tradition.
*NOTE* According
to tradition,
menstruating women do not
participate in the sweat ceremony.
